Which employees typically benefit most from LEARN + PROTECT?
LEARN + PROTECT will be valued most by the highest-earning employees. Employees with significant earnings often have income not protected by the core, employer-provided disability insurance plan.
We specialize in supporting organizations that have a high concentration of unusually high-income earners & design custom and comprehensive Long Term Disability Insurance plans, ensuring that even the top earners are adequately protected.
What does the LEARN + PROTECT enrollment process entail for the employer’s HR/Benefits team?
We handle the planning and communication. We ask that the HR/Benefits team attend a few weekly calls (15 min. each) throughout the implementation, as well as internally distribute 4 to 5 email correspondences.
What information is needed to analyze the current plan?
We will need a copy of the current employer-provided disability insurance plan (summary or policy copy) and an employee census. We will provide you with a census template that includes only non-identifiable data.

We are paid commission directly from insurance carriers at their standard rates. These commissions are split when partnering with brokers or consultants, so there is no additional cost to a client for the services we provide.
